Android SDK R12 vừa được release vào đầu tháng 7, với một loạt tính năng mới hỗ trợ lập trình viên trong việc phát triển các ứng dụng Android. Tuy nhiên, sau khi update R12, bạn có thể sẽ gặp lỗi sau khi chạy Android emulator:

invalid command-line parameter

Lỗi này được xác định là do Android SDK R12 có lỗi trong việc xử lý ký tự cách trong đường dẫn tới Android SDK. Mặc định khi cài, đường dẫn này sẽ có dạng "C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk". Phía Android SDK đang khắc phục vấn đề này, tuy nhiên, nếu bạn sử dụng Eclipse để phát triển, bạn có thể sử đường dẫn tới Android SDK trong config của Eclipse thành "C:\PROGRA~2\Android\android-sdk", khi đó Android Emulator sẽ hoạt động bình thường.

 

Android SDK R12 has just been released in July 6th 2011. But you might have seen this error when trying to start the Android emulator:

invalid command-line parameter

This problem was an error of Android SDK, where the SDK location cannot contain any spaces. By default, the installation location is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk". They are currently fixing this bug. In the mean time, if you are using Eclipse, you can fix it by changing the Android SDK location in Eclipse configuration to "C:\PROGRA~2\Android\android-sdk".
